Seen on the Shark Tank 12/13/2013
Magnetic Christmas Lights
coming to the Shark Tank Show!
I know the Litenetic's is still a few weeks away before appearing on the Shark Tank, but this Christmas light product is to cool and something you probably wish you knew about before untangling your Christmas Lights for the last time. This really is one of those inventions where the light bulb goes off and makes you think "why didn't I think of that" when solving a very real problem that every single person deals with when stringing up Christmas lights.

Litenetic's seen on Shark Tank episode 512, 12/-13-2013
Magnetic Christmas Lights
come in a variety of lengths
The inventor of the Litenetic's Magnetic Christmas Lightsis Shawn Genenbacher from Lexington, Texas. Shawn got into the Magnetic Light Business over 4 years ago and already sold over 1,000,000 linear feet of the coolest and easiest way to hang Christmas Lights ever invented.

According to Genenbacher's Shark Tank Audition Video, He will be seeking a $250,000.00 investment from the Sharks for a 30% equity stake in the magnetic Christmas Light Business. Shawn does mention he already has secured a utility patent and wants to get Lite-Netics into the big box offline retailers like Home Depot and Lowe's as well as Online at Amazon.

Shark Tank's Thanksgiving Day To Reflect

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! It sure seems like this year flew by at warp speed and here we are only a few weeks away from Christmas once again. I'm not sure what it is about this time of the year but for me it's always been a time to really reflect on life itself and how rare and precious each and every one of us really are.

We live on our small little Planet that's nothing more than a spec within our Universe where everything has to be "perfect" for us to even exist. If our World is perfect in so many ways, then There IS A REASON each and every one of us was given this gift of Life. The one thing guaranteed in this World is we won't be here for long and what you "choose" to do making this a better World is the ONLY thing that really matters in the end.

Having a daily goal to help "make someone's day" really does make you one of the richest people on this Earth. Can you imagine what our world will be like when the masses finally figure out how simple acts of kindness come back 10 fold as if by magic? It has nothing to do with magic and everything to do with the Laws of Attraction within our perfect world. Help make someone's day today (or everyday) and you will see for yourself the true powers of our perfect Universe move Mountains and reward you with "exactly what you believe your worth".

Mark Cuban Hangout

Google Hangout Video with Mark Cuban

How To Make A Successful Elevator Pitch  To Mark Cuban

You just never know what you're going to find on YouTube these days, but this video of Mark Cubans Google Hangout is one I'm very glad I found. It's one thing watching the Sharks on TV all fancied up for the camera's, but it's quite another having the opportunity to hangout with them in real time and learn things never talked about on the Shark Tank Show.

One of the many subjects Mark Cuban covers in his Hangout has to do with getting his attention if you have a new product or business opportunity you think he might be interested in. How many thousands of elevator-type pitches has Cuban heard over the years? It's more like how many hundreds of investment opportunities does he receive in a single day. I can attest just from this blog alone having an article for each Shark and all the Investments they've made thus far, Marks article gets by far more comments from people trying to pitch to him then all the other Sharks articles combined. I'm not sure what it is about that page (3/4 of them never get posted, lots of BS) but it's kind of an interesting fact.

Is Mark Cuban "really" even reading those comments and considering any of those opportunities? Probably not. If you REALLY want to get a hold of Mark Cuban you're going to have to try a lot harder and be more creative than that.

Mod Mom Furniture Update

Mod Mom Furniture after the Shark Tank

Modern Toy Boxes - Season 2 - Episode 203 - Update

Mod Mom Toy Boxes from shark Tank Season 2
Mod Mom Kiersten Hathcock on the
Shark Tank Show
The more I keep learning about Kiersten Hathcock and the Mod Mom Furniture Business the more I'm not even sure where to begin about this incredible small business started in the garage and now known around the world. Sure a lot of Entrepreneur's start small businesses in their garages every day that never make it to the Shark Tank, but whats so unique about Kiersten and the Mod Mom Furniture Business that's propelled her to a level she could of only dreamt about just a few years earlier? If you could break it all the way down into a single word, it would be pure "Determination" that's led to the Mod Mom's Success that continues to grow to this day.

Like most "true entrepreneur's" out there, we are a stubborn bunch that does not like to take no for an answer. The saying "Failure is NOT An Option" is ingrained in one form or another into every successful person's subconscious mind to the point you will "ALWAYS" get the right answer if you only "Believe" that statement with every part of your being. Kiersten Hathcock is one of those rare individuals that have put this statement to the test on many different levels and to the point "Success Would Become the ONLY Option" from her sheer determination to succeed.

To see how far Hathcock and the Mod Mom Business has grown since being one of the first contestants featured in Season 2, I figured a good place to start would be with Her Shark Tank audition tape. The answers to a lot of questions where the Mod Mom Business was at the time is in this video which also clearly shows Kiersten's motivation and determination to accomplish one major goal.

Shark Tank Episode 511

Next Shark Tank Show Episode 511

Week 10 - 11/22-201

Chocomize Chocolate Bars
Custom Chocolate Bars makes
a Perfect Gift Anytime!
It's hard to believe were already on the 10th week of the Shark Tank Show with the 40th new business appearing in episode 511. We've seen a few clear winners and a few I'm still wondering how the heck they got on the Show. In this particular episode every single contestant's invention is already very successful and dominating within their specialized niche. Tonight's theme on the Shark Tank is all about customized and personalized product's that just so happen to make perfect Christmas Gifts right before the Holiday Season begins.

Will the Sharks be interested investing in any of these niche products appearing on tonight's Show? I might be wrong but by the looks of how much self-promotion a few of these Entrepreneurs are doing before their appearance, there's a very good chance we could see a record breaking night in a number of categories. No doubt about it, this is one shark Tank Episode you don't want to miss.

Chocomize Chocolate Bars

The Chocolate Industry is about ready to get Chocomized. If there's one universal food product that's loved by billions of people around the world, chocolate has to be at the top of the list. The Entrepreneurs behind the Chocomize Brand Eric Heinbockel, Fabian Kaempfer and Nick LaCava who are coming to the Shark Tank with a tasty deal the Sharks might find hard to resist.

Yubo Custom Lunchbox
coming to the Shark Tank

Now here's a unique invention that's thinking outside the box when it comes to what goes inside the lunchbox. The Yubo Custom Lunch Box is about ready to make some big waves inside the Shark Tank when millions of Fans see how easy it is to create their own customized lunchboxes and learn why Yubo is going to change this entire multi-million dollar market forever.

Creating the next "big thing" by taking an already successfully proven invention and making it better has created countless millionaires around the world. As the saying goes "if you want to become a millionaire just create a better mousetrap" is as true today as it ever was. The Yubo Custom Lunch Box inventors Paul & Cyndi Pedrazzi and Dan Harden has not only created a better mousetrap, they are redefining how ALL mousetraps (lunchboxes) will function in the future.

This is kind of an interesting story and something I never thought about until now. My Mom packed my Brothers and I lunches for school for the majority of our early school years. I do remember having a few old metal lunchboxes and clearly remember the Lone Ranger one as my favorite one. But I also remember a lot of lunches inside a paper bag and those squishy peanut butter and jelly sandwiches I was embarrassed just to eat.

of "Grace and Lace"  on the
Shark Tank Show
So how do you take your love for a Hobby and turn it into a full-fledged very successful business in record time? It looks like we are going to find out "exactly what it takes" in this week's episode of the Shark Tank Show. Rick and Melissa Hinnant are the owners of Grace & Lace Leg Warmers who have one very interesting story to tell on their rise to the Top in just a few short years. The more I keep learning about the Grace and Lace Company, the more impressed I am with Melissa and Rick and what they have managed to achieve in just the past two years.

Melissa just posted a message on FaceBook that sums up the Grace and Lace rise to the top starting with nothing but a dream and a prayer. As the saying goes "be careful what you wish for" came true when her prayers were soon answered in ways she could have never imagined. The Hinnant's found their niche starting with the Custom Knitted Leg Warmers that's already sold over 50,000 units and grossed over a million dollars in less than two years time. What started out as a fun and creative way to make money from home soon led to hiring all of Melissa's Friends who were also interested in making money while staying at home with their kids.

Surprisingly there are few reviews about Grace & Lace on YouTube but I did find one where this young lady does a good job reviewing Her New Boot Socks and Leg Warmers made by Grace and Lace.

Starting with an initial $70k in working capital, the Chocomize Business grossed over $400k in the first year alone and has continued to grow at a rapid pace as word is quickly spreading.  What do you get when you combine a protective cell phone case with a mini purse filled with all the essentials? Why you get this really cool looking PurseCase that's coming to the Shark Tank Show this Friday Night November 22, 2013. The Purse Case invented by Kelley Coughlan and Jenn Dees didn't start out as a million dollar idea, but was first born out of necessity for what they call the Bermuda Triangle for purses that swallows up smartphones.

It took Kelly and Jenn several months developing the ultimate mini purse that not only protects your smart phone; you can also take pictures and make calls while still inside the PurseCase. There's also room for a mirror, credit cards, pocket for cash and a stylish chain that can be converted into a bracelet. GiftCard Rescue Update from
Shark Tank Season 1 - Episode 104
While I was doing a little research on YouTube I ran across a clip of a Shark Tank product from Season One I've been meaning to update for some time. Considering the Holidays are just around the corner and the Gift Card Business has mushroomed into a multi-billion dollar industry, I thought it would be interesting to see how far the Giftcard Rescue Business has come since appearing on the Shark Tank now over 4 years ago.

The Gift Card Rescue was featured on the 4th episode ever of this now Famous Business Reality TV Show when Kwami Kuadey came into the Shark Tank seeking $150k for a 30% equity stake in the Gift Card Trading Business. Kuadey who was born in Ghana and moved to the United States to pursue his entrepreneurial dream, was struggling to get his new gift card exchange business off the ground when he decided to try out for this new Reality TV Show. He may have desperately needed an investment from the Sharks to take this business to the next level, but Kwami came well prepared and handled the negotiations like an old pro. For every negative that came up, he instantly had a positive response that ultimately leads to an offer more than what Kuadey was seeking. In the end Kevin O'Leary and Robert Herjevic both invested a combined $200,000.00 for a 50% equity stake in the Gift card rescue Business. Read More Here-->>>

One of the best things I always like seeing from future Shark Tank Contestants before they go on the Greatest Business Show in History is some of the creative ways they choose to market this once in a lifetime opportunity. It baffles me how many contestants still don't get the power of the Internet and what Social Networking can do for their bottom line. But the ones that do understand this phenomenon and know the importance of socializing with their customers will always be two steps ahead of any future competition. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, just watch this promotional video by Julie Busha about the Slawsa appearance on the Shark Tank this Friday Night.

James Siminoff the inventor of the DoorBot is coming to the Shark Tank this Friday Night in Episode 510 after a very successful Crowdfunding Campaign which raised over $250,000.00 on ChristieStreet com. Until now I never even heard of Christie Street which it turns out Siminoff also owns or has a controlling interest in this crowd funding site. So how do you go from inventing the DoorBot Video Door Bell and then successfully raise over a quarter million dollars on your own funding site? That's a very good question and the answer is one the Sharks will like hearing if (or when imo) they make a deal with Jame's Siminoff.

Surprise Ride Gift Box
If there was ever a product seen on the Shark Tank that the younger Fans are going to love, I think the Surprise Ride Monthly Subscription Box will soon be at the top of that list. When thinking back some of my better memories when I was a kid, without a doubt, the most memorable ones was when I got a surprise in the form of a gift I was not expecting. It's like Christmas or your Birthday that has all the excitement and anticipation of what's inside that new gift that has always made them so memorable.

I think it's safe to assume if you ask any kid in this world if they would like to receive a big box full of all kinds of cool new things filled with a built-in learning theme to help inspire their creative imagination's the answer would be an astounding "Yes".  Any kid would absolutely love getting a Big Surprise Ride Box in the mail every month and I bet the Sharks are going to love this business as well.

The creative business owners and sisters Donna & Rosy Khalife who own Surprise Ride are coming into the Shark Tank with one goal in mind, to help teach thousands of kids about a new science project each month and having a really good time in the process. Yes I do believe I like this business models potential but what does it cost putting together an entire big box full of all kinds of themed surprises? And at what price point can the Surprise Ride successfully afford to charge the consumer including postage, and still make a decent repeated profit?

Shark Tank Episode 508

Shark Tank Episode 508

Belly Buds Earbuds  After last the last few episodes of the Shark Tank Show episode #508 sure has its work cut out keeping this Seasons string of Successes on a roll. Two weeks ago we seen Mark Cuban invest $2 million in the Haunted Hayrides as if it was pocket change and last week we had the Tree-P-Pee inventor Johnny George's make the very first deal with John Paul DeJornia and bring this entire Show to a whole new level.

This episode #508 is so far shaping up a little different than other episode's and I'm not exactly sure why. It's amazing what you can learn about the contestants before the Show from all the chatter on Twitter, FaceBook and Google+, or a lack thereof. Does the Shark Tank Success Blog maybe pay a little extra attention to the Contestants socializing with us and other Shark Tank Fans on the Social Networks? Wouldn't You?

That's half the fun writing this blog trying to learn as much about a new product and the Entrepreneurs that invented them before the Show. I never directly contact any contestant before the Shark Tank Show (I want to be on the same level as the Sharks when they meet the contestants for the first time) but I have had email contact with a few prior to the Show. It's amazing how I can scan the Entire List of All Shark Tank Products and instantly point out every Contestant that took full advantage of the Power of Social Networking before, during and after their appearance on the Shark Tank. You just never know what will go viral these days especially if you pay special attention to the "before" part before millions of people learn about your new business/ invention for the first time.

Belly Buds seen on Shark Tank episode 508
BellyBuds Baby Bump System
Invented By
Curt & Jama Williams
Just exactly when do babies began comprehending and responding to the sounds of music? I have spent way too much time trying to answer that question for the Belly Buds article with the best estimate put around 5 months after conception. No one knows for sure exactly what our tiny little miracles are really thinking and/or comprehending, but there's no question they do respond to sounds while developing at this critical time. The more I learn about theBellybuds invented by Curt and Jama Williams, the more this invention makes perfect sense on how you can get a get a jump start on your life long journey as a parent.
Belly Buds for pregnant moms, episode 508
BellyBuds on
Modern Family

The BellyBuds Baby Bump Sound System is basically ear buds or earphones made specifically for your unborn child. The earphones stick to the belly with a medical grade reusable adhesive that only your new baby can hear. If Mommy (or Daddy) would also like to hear whatever music or message they are playing to their baby-to-be, the Williams have also included an audio splitter in every Belly Buds sold. Using the bellybuds you also have full control of the volume with a built-in maximum volume control for the safety of your baby.

We all know how music instantly effect's our moods depending on the type of music we're listening to, right? Well exactly how old are you when the power of music starts affecting your emotions on this high of a level? As fate would have it that's now happened enough times it can't be a coincidence when writing for the Shark Tank Success Blog, the answer actually found me. I happen to watch this video below on (of course) ABC News that clearly shows the strong emotions this little guy already has developed towards music and more importantly towards his mother's voice when she sings a sad song.

So how big is the Bread Pudding Market? Just ask Rachael Ray what's the very best and most expensive bread pudding on the market and the Schultzies Brand will be at the top of the list. Not for the most expensive desert that sells for $34,000.00 per dish, but for the Best with over 108 different deserts to choose from. Sarah Schultz the owner of Schultzies is coming to the Shark Tank looking to snag at least one Shark with a big pocket book and a sweet tooth to match.

Currently there's two Schulzies Bread Pudding Shops open for Business in California. The first Schulzies is located at 1827 Ocean Front Walk in Venice, CA., with the new location at 364 Hayes St. in San Francisco. Tree-T-Pee Johnny Georges Shark Tank Update

Johnny Georges Success Story

Johnny Georges maks deal with John Paul Dejornia
Johnny Georges
Newest Shark Tank Super Star
After watching every single Shark Tank Show over the last 5 1/2 seasons, Episode 501 (week 8) will go down in History as the "only one" that actually had my eyes watering up. Considering I'm the type of person that rarely shows this emotion, never in my wildest dreams would I ever thought any contestant on any reality show (especially dealing with business) could ever bring up such a strong emotion. But Johnny Georges, what can I say, this guy is about as genuine as any good hearted person you would ever be lucky enough to meet. Something tells me his life will never be the same after appearing on last night's Shark Tank Show because he is now a Real Super Star possessing unique genuine qualities hard to ignore.

By the looks of the dozens of comments that came pouring in after Tree-T-Pee was featured on the Show, apparently there's thousands and thousands of other folks that feel the same way about Johnny Georges. Sometimes running a successful business has nothing to do with the bottom line, but has everything to do with doing the right thing always putting your customers first.

When I first wrote the Tree-T-Pee pre-Shark Tank article last week, I gave it a good review because creating a mini greenhouse effect at the base of trees would not only conserve a lot of water, but also drastically reduce maintenance and promote faster growth at the same time. Any product that has the potential to pay for itself and start adding to the bottom line will always find a market in our competitive world. It's just one of those inventions you wonder why isn't the Tree T Pee already available in every Tree Nursery in the county, let alone all the Tree Orchards that would see immediate results.

As impressed with the Tree-T-Pee as I was, at the end of the article I still felt it might not get a deal on the Shark Tank

Kymera Body Boards Update

Update on the Kymera Body Boards

Jet Powered Body Boards on Shark Tank
Kymera Jet Powered Body Boards
Now On Sale at Kickstarter!
It's not often I ever do an update on an update before a contestant even appears on the Shark Tank, in fact I believe this is a first. Half the fun about writing this Blog is learning about new products and services along with the Entrepreneurs that have created them before they appear on TV. Unlike the Sharks that know nothing about the business before they walk into the Shark Tank, I have already done my homework and usually know quite a lot about the business and/or product. I also have the advantage seeing how the entrepreneurs react when they get that final call saying "You made the final cut and scheduled to be on the Shark Tank Show" which is never a guarantee even if you did go in front of the Sharks.

I have seen a few businesses get fantastic deals already knowing they will never get completed after the Sharks dig a little deeper. I have also seen some really cool inventions that I just knew the Sharks would invest in, but to my amazement they passed on investing in the business. Usually the most common reasons the Sharks pass on a cool new product or service is overvaluing the business, under valuing hoping to start a bidding war, not knowing your numbers, margins too low to make a decent profit, other Angel Investors already have large equity stake or simply the technology/market is not mature enough at the present time.

So what's this all have to do with the Kymera Body Boards? After reading what I just wrote, that's a good question. Read More Here-->>>
