 Rick Smith, Jr. is a Professional Magician and Guinness World Record Holder for distance playing card throwing. In March 2002, Rick threw a playing card an incredible 216 feet at a whopping 92 miles per hour. With his speed and pin point accuracy, Smith can easily slice threw just about any fruit or vegetable including a watermelon rind at some amazing distances. Rick Smith already had appearances on The Ellen Show and Americas Got Talent to name a few, before he made his appearance on the Shark Tank Show.

Rick came into the Shark Tank looking for a $1.5 million dollar investment for a 20% equity stake in his Magic Show he wants to open in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is currently based out of Cleveland, Ohio where he has been honing his skill's mostly at corporate functions, and of course on various T.V.
