 The Original Profender is a rather unique basketball training invention developed by Tony Divine for his son Devon. This mobile basketball training device reacts much like a professional defender closing in on his opponent before taking a shot.

Tony gets right to the point inside the Shark Tank and asks for $75,000.00 for a 15% equity stake in the Original Profender invention. Mark Cuban that knows a thing or two about basketball, gladly rolls up his sleeves and want to give The Original Profender a try. Tony already has one ready to go with a cut out of Kevin O'Leary which he calls The Original Offender. Son of a gun if Mark beats the Profender and makes a basket on his first try. Obviously Cuban must workout with the Dallas Mavericks because he was sinking them down like a real pro.

So how does professional basketball players currently run drill's when closing in on an opponent? According to Mark Cuban, the coach uses a broom to try and distract the players when shoot at the basket. There's no question The Original Profender has value on the basketball court, the real question is how big is this market?
